Weekly Mindfulness Sessions

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing greater attention to the present moment, gently becoming more aware of ourselves and what we’re experiencing and doing.
No experience is needed. No need to book, just turn up! Please be aware that these are practical sessions, so arrive promptly. We will put up a do not disturb sign once the session has started. Come to as many or a few as you like.
 
When? Every Tuesday from 18th Sept - 11th Dec @ 11am-12pm
Every Thursday from 20th Sept - 13th Dec @ 11am-12pm
Where? Wellbeing Room (Business School 1.14) come in through 1.13 and it’s in front of you.
