BENEFITS: Core Muscles.
HOW TO: Choose a light weight, and engage your core, keeping your shoulders relaxed. Slowly twist from side to side.
TIPS FOR BEGINNERS: Keep your feet on the floor to begin, and just focus on really engaging your core muscles. You can also start by extending your arms out in front of you without any weight and just get the twisting motion!
