Wardens are students living in residences here to support you.
With experience of the university system including settling in to accommodation and university life: they know how to get the best out of the student experience.
Anastasia, Senior Warden:
"Collecting your keys, feeling nervous and excited about the next few years, moving away from home, leaving your friends and having to make new ones... we've been through it all ourselves, so we know how you feel!"
"We're here to help. We like to think of ourselves as a friendly face; someone who's been through similar experiences and faced the same concerns and sense of apprehension. We relate to what you're going through and are here to offer our support."
"At the start of the year, between Freshers' Week and mid-October, we'll be coming round your residence to give welcome talks, check how things are going and generally see how you're settling in. We'll also give you plenty of local info."
Wardens will introduce themselves and let you know when they're calling round via your Residence Facebook group.
